Minnesota residents can register to vote, learn about the election process, and find out who and what is on your ballot in the next election at mnvotes.org. This statement is in compliance with Minn. Stat. §201.162. 

 

MDH FQHC Subsidy Grant

Hennepin County DBA NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center has received funding through the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Subsidy Grant Program from the Minnesota Department of Health. The grant is overseen by Baye Diouf, Chief Financial Officer, with Shawntia Chester, Senior Accountant, serving as secondary grant manager.
