Health Advocacy Internship
The Youth Advocacy Internship is a paid program for North Minneapolis high school students who want to build leadership and public-speaking skills while making a difference in their community.
Program duration: December 2026-October 2027.
About the Program
- Turn Ideas into Action - Create a community health project and share your ideas.
- Build Your Leadership - Grow your speaking, advocacy, and leadership skills.
- Get Paid & Gain Experience - Build your resume for college and future jobs.
Who Should Apply?
Students who are: • Curious about their community and issues that matter • Interested in learning and building new skills • Reliable and ready to participate in weekly meetings
