We have met our goal!

Five years ago, together with our community, NorthPoint embarked on a visionary $100M campus expansion to improve access to compassionate, expert care for every guest who comes through our doors.

With historical capital investments from Hennepin County, Hennepin Health, Delta Dental, coupled with $7M in philanthropic support from the community, we are excited to declare the completion of the Stronger Together Campaign!

About the campaign

The Stronger Together Campaign helped fund NorthPoint's historic campus expansion, providing NorthPoint with additional space to increase the number of providers and exam rooms, further NorthPoint’s model of integrated care, and increase our ability to serve the community.

Community investment in the Stronger Together Campaign provided critical support focused on:

Dental Specialty Services: New equipment and modifications to serve children and adults who have limited mobility.
Food Shelf Distribution Operations: Creating an environment of abundance and lower anxiety around food insecurity experienced in our community through increased space and access to NorthPoint’s Community Food Shelf.
Bistro Café and & Teaching Kitchen: Providing a space for community entrepreneurs in the food space to thrive and increase access to community nutrition education. – Opening Fall 2024
Child Wellness Center: A state-of-the-art, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment with engaging activities for children while their parents/caregivers attend appointments on the campus.
Health Equity Programming: Development and promotion of methods and models of care that have proven to produce outcomes that promote health equity and strong communities.
Spiritual Health & Wellness Center: A calming, meditative space for staff and open to the community when they visit the campus.

The completion of NorthPoint’s Stronger Together Campaign marks a significant milestone in our history, preserves access to care in North Minneapolis, and ensures everyone for generation to come can benefit from quality health care, education advocacy, and preventive community-based programs.
