Dr. Durant (she/her/hers) has worked at NorthPoint for over 10 years as a clinical pharmacist specialist.  She is a board certified ambulatory care pharmacist who specializes in comprehensive medication review as well as diabetes, hypertension, smoking cessation, and anticoagulation management. Dr. Durant works in collaboration with your primary care provider to help you meet your health goals by providing optimal individualized care through a team based approach. Client engagement and shared decision making are essential to her practice style. Visits with Dr. Durant are per referral from your primary care provider.
